Job Description

  •  Should be capable of developing, implementing, and monitoring the company’s HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Must ensure full compliance with national safety regulations and standards such as OSHA, and ISO 45001.
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting safety training programs, including awareness sessions and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) initiatives.
  • Should be able to allocate resources effectively, manage safety manpower, and lead investigations into incidents, near misses, and accidents.
  • Will act as a liaison between client representatives, statutory authorities, and top management to ensure seamless communication and compliance.
  • Must be competent in conducting HSE performance reviews and developing improvement plans to enhance safety culture and reduce risks.
  • Should possess expertise in hazard identification techniques and the implementation of appropriate risk assessment and control measures.
    Must have hands-on experience with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, ensuring safe execution of critical activities such as hot work, confined space entry, working at heights, Heavy rigging & Lin breakk activity etc.
  • Should have sound knowledge of process safety and emergency response procedures to handle on-site emergencies effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills are essential to guide and motivate teams toward achieving safety objectives.
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills for effective coordination at all levels of the organization.
  • Responsible for developing training modules and awareness programs to continuously improve workforce competency and safety culture.
    Must have strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for preparing reports, presentations, and analytical dashboards.

Job Description

  • Should be able to assist the HSE Manager in implementing company safety policies and ensuring compliance across all operations.
  • Responsible for preparing project-specific HSE plans, risk assessments, and method statements in line with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Must conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and site walks to monitor compliance and identify potential hazards.
  • Ensure proper implementation of critical work permits such as hot work, confined space entry, work at height, and lifting operations.
  • Capable of guiding and mentoring junior safety engineers and supervisors to enhance overall safety performance.
  • Responsible for reporting and documenting near-misses, incidents, and safety observations accurately and on time.
  • Should have strong expertise in hazard identification techniques and applying risk assessment and control measures effectively.
  • Must be proficient in managing the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system for high-risk and routine activities.
  • Must demonstrate leadership and team management skills to coordinate safety personnel and ensure smooth project/Shutdown execution.

Job Description

  • Responsible for daily monitoring of site safety activities to ensure strict compliance with company policies, client standards, and statutory regulations.
  • Must conduct toolbox talks and effectively implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to identify risks and control hazards before starting work.
  • Ensure the proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by workers, subcontractors, and all site personnel.
  • Responsible for verifying the condition and safety of lifting tools, tackles, gas cutting sets, scaffolding, and other site equipment to avoid incidents.
  • Conduct safety induction programs for new employees and refresher training sessions for existing workforce to maintain a strong safety culture.
  • Maintain and manage safety-related documentation, records, and permits in accordance with project requirements and legal compliance.
  • Actively identify, report, and escalate hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to management for immediate corrective actions.
  • Should possess strong knowledge of hazard identification techniques to proactively manage workplace risks.
  • Must be competent in performing risk assessments and applying effective risk control measures to minimize potential incidents.

Job Description

  • Responsible for directly supervising workers on-site to ensure strict compliance with company safety policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor high-risk activities such as confined space entry, working at height, hot work, and heavy lifting operations to prevent incidents and ensure safe execution.
  • Conduct daily safety toolbox meetings to brief workers on hazards, control measures, and safe work practices before starting the job.
  • Ensure availability and proper placement of fire extinguishers, barricading, safety signage, and first-aid arrangements across the worksite.
  • Immediately identify, report, and escalate unsafe acts and unsafe conditions to the HSE Officer or HSE Engineer for prompt corrective actions.
  • Maintain daily inspection checklists for scaffolds, ladders, lifting tools, gas cylinders, and other critical safety equipment to ensure compliance with safety requirements.
