Job Description

The brief job description is as follows:

  • He will be reporting to Stores manager at HO and Project Manager (During TA/SD) st Site and ensure support to all operating sites including TA and shutdowns towards functioning of these equipment To maintain all equipment at L33/sites in Healthy condition.
  • To carry out periodic checking and ensure smooth functioning of these equipment on receipt from sites and before dispatch to another site.
  • To prepare list of accessories for each equipment and ensure that they are always sent/received together.
  • To prepare and implement an inspection and repair methodology as per statutory/OEM requirement
  • To identify and maintain critical spares of all equipment
  • To facilitate quick troubleshooting and repair of equipment under breakdown at sites .
  • To co-ordinate with suppliers of rental equipment during mobilisation and break down.
  • To identify region /area specific agencies for repair and maintenance prior to TA/SD.
  • To monitor / track diesel consumption in various resources.
  • To prepare MIS reports for management in desired format

Knowledge of Mechanical Materials are prefferable. Should have worked as a material co-ordinator in minimum 3 Shutdown/Turn around and Projects.
