Job Description

Responsible for comprehensive administrative and HR support, focusing on the end-to-end management of employee and contractor documentation. This includes: Documentation & Onboarding: Collecting, organizing, and maintaining daily employee and contractor documents. Facilitating the onboarding process by arranging inductions (PCC, medical, safety, trade validation) and coordinating with the head office for the creation of UAN/ESIC IPs and bank account verification. Access & Logistics: Managing the gate pass system, including handing over documents for issuance, maintaining a gate pass register, and collecting passes upon employee demobilization. Coordinating with the head office and internal teams for food allowances and travel arrangements. Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintaining a master database of employee and gate pass details. Ensuring all documents are filed properly. Tracking and providing timely renewal details for gate passes and company policies, such as the WC (Workmen's Compensation) policy.
