A Legacy of Excellence Since 1987 Founded by the visionary Late Mr. Mohan K. Nair, Excellent Projects began its journey as a proprietorship firm under the name Excellent Industrial Corporation. His dynamic leadership and unwavering commitment to quality laid the foundation for our growth. In 1996, we evolved into Excellent Projects India Private Limited, marking a new chapter in our pursuit of industrial excellence. From humble beginnings as a subcontracting firm, we have grown into a trusted leader—driven by innovation, ethical practices, and a relentless focus on continuous improvement.
