We fully understand the risks and hazards involved while working in the industry and believe all accidents and incidents are preventable if all formulated procedures are meticulously followed. We follow the “Safety First” policy and everything comes secondary to safety. Our target is to maintain zero accidents and incidents at our workplace. This is achieved through appropriate training of our workmen, clear line of accountability, a transparent and achievable incidence reporting and enquiry system at each worksite. No one is allowed to bypass any of the safety provisions set by us or our clients. Use of standard personal protective equipment and certified equipment/tools are compulsory requirements. Adhering to work permit system is non-negotiable even under pressure. The set timelines are achieved by way of better planning and not through shortcuts.
We believe that safety is a culture which has to be nurtured within an organization. Every accident or incident is preventable if everyone does their part by adhering safety norms and following necessary guidelines. Our overall target is to provide international standards of safety performance to each of our client. We are also moving towards Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) certification.
We currently follow latest ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and regularly audit our work performance. All our engineers and technicians have vast experience in this field and are validated by our dedicated team before being tasked with a job. We set minimum qualification requirements of expertise and experience based on criticality of a given job. Quarterly quality audits are made on performance at various levels and based on feedback, continuous improvements are achieved. Our workmen are regularly trained and updated with latest international practices from the industry to maintain high standards.
